Amanda Bynes needs some help because what she wore to the MTV Video Awards is a fashion flop. Amanda wore a Herve Leger bandage dress which she paired with amazing fringed Christian Louboutin heels. As for accessories wont even write about that because it looks like the girl just grabbed random accessories from her closet. This look would have been stunning with a nude heel and not some fringed Christian Louboutin heels and a clutch that actually matches.
