Lady GaGa always stands out with her fashion choices and is a big risk taker when it comes to fashion. When attending the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards GaGa wore a Mulger custom gown and Noritaka Tatehana heels which look extremely hard to walk in. This look is amazing but the blue wig is a fashion not. Love the Mulger dress and Noritaka Tatehana shoes.
